These lessons link exactly to the content on UK Government and uses content form all three textbooks, two from Hodder and one from Pearson. The content is distilled into a series of over 80 interactive student-led resources that encourage independent learning and give a comprehensive overview of the demanding content from the new specification. Each lesson comes with an accompanying PPT that guides the teacher and students through the worksheets. Students are encouraged to file the sheets using dividers with headings that match the PPT titles that will give teachers neat and comprehensive revision notes that can be accessed in the lead up to exams. Nationalism has been included free of charge as we realise that not all teachers will be choosing nationalism as an optional ideology. Each resource links to an element of the specification and is carefully differentiated to allow students to answer progressively more challenging questions. Getting the first task complete on each resource ensures that all students have a basic understanding of the topic and have been introduced to all keywords. Extra tasks on the resource sheet can be completed as homework. Alternatively, the resource sheets can be handed out in advance and students can complete the work in advance of the lesson, ensuring you have all of the content completed on time.
